I checked my website on a retina MacBook today, and the specified retina logo is not displaying. I
Could you tell me what I need to do to display my retina logo, please? My site is cooluncledad.com
To display retina logo, please do following steps:
1/ Go to Customize > General Options > and check to “Enable Retina”
2/ Example your logo image has name is “Logo.png” and size is 300 x 200px
You need create a new logo for retina with name is: “Logo@2x.png” and the size is 600 x 400px ( double size )
After that, update it to Customize > Logo and Header Options > Upload logo & Logo for Retina
Sorry for the delay in replying. I’ll check this on a retina machine tomorrow and update the post accordingly.
My website still isn’t displaying the retina logo after following your advice. It appears to display on iPhone 6s, but not on a retina MacBook Pro. I’ve inspected the header element, and my logo is displaying at the standard version.
What else can I try?
Yes. I’ve done some further testing, and it doesn’t appear as though any retina logos are displaying.
I’ve followed all of your advice, and double-checked my settings, so what else can I try?

And thank you for the design. Really like it!
Our website is also not displaying the retina logo either. I have checked Display Retina in the General Settings and cleared browser cache. I am on a Retina iMac. We want the logo to be crisp and less fuzzy.
This is what the retina logo is set to:http://email@example.com
Can you help?
I tried changing the file name, cleared the cache and it is still pulling the regular logo on my retina machine.
